MISSION STATEMENT
To provide relevant resources, opportunities, and experiences for youth through mentoring, empowering them for future success.
Who We Are
We are a nonprofit organization serving youth ages 14-24 from minority and low-income communities in Georgia.

WHAT DO WE DO?
We develop productive citizens and leaders through a holistic approach to mentoring youth from minority and low-income communities, by providing access to positive role models, mentors, and programs.

WHY DO WE MENTOR?
We provide mentoring services because we have charged ourselves with the responsibility to decrease the equity and inequality barriers between minority youths and their counterparts.

HOW DO WE CONDUCT SERVICES?
Our program services are carried out through four initiatives: Education, Employment, Financial Literacy, and Wellness. We utilize various means including large and small group mentoring and seminars, workshops, field trips, professional networking, and paid internships.
